The FiberSchool Training At United States Army Base

Hot training news! Yes, it was hot in Arizona where our instructors visited Fort Huachuca in July to train the United States Army on fiber optic installation, testing, fusion splicing and more through our Certified Fiber Installer course. Fort Huachuca, home to the US Army Intelligence Center, is a major military installation, and one of prominence throughout the Southwest. Twelve soldiers from the 69th Signal Company attended our training to acquire fiber optic skills and knowledge for building and securing military IT communication lines before deployment to Iraq and to other national Army bases. Many of the soldiers were pleased with our training and have requested future training.

Posted in EDA Tools on Thursday, August 23, 2007

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A) has expanded its fiber-optic test portfolio with six new polarization analysis and control solutions for R&D and manufacturing of optical components and systems. These new Agilent products allow researchers and designers to fully characterize all polarization-related parameters with unmatched speed and accuracy.
