Items being returned must first be approved by FiberOptic.com and must be shipped freight prepaid. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Any liability for consequential or incidental damages is expressly disclaimed.

1. Price
The Fiber Optic Marketplace, LLC. (FiberOptic.com) reserves the right to change prices without notice.  Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of quote unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer reserves the right to revise models at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

2. Payment Terms 
For purchasers with established credit, terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. Payments must be in U.S. dollars and cash discounts are not allowed. Our remit to address is The Fiber Optic Marketplace, LLC., One TEK Park, Suite 220, 9999 Hamilton Blvd., Breinigsville, PA 18031.

3. Freight Policy
All products are sold FOB shipping point. Items will be shipped UPS ground, freight collect or third-party bill unless otherwise requested by purchaser. Please advise method of shipment and preferred carrier when order is placed. We discourage mandatory carrier requirements which have an adverse effect on service and delivery. Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Any claims for damage or loss of items while in transit must be filed with the carrier.

4. Warranty
FibeOptic.com warrants to the buyer that our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our option.

Product Description

FSM-18S Fusion Splicer Kit

The FSM-18S Fusion Splicer is a low cost, fixed V-groove, single fiber fusion splicer with the same robust features offered in other high end models. The new rugged construction adds improved reliability by resisting shock, dust, and rain, and withstands a 30” drop test.

New features such as automatic tube heater operation, user-selectable clamping method (sheath clamp or fiber holder system), automated monitor image orientation, and battery charge capability during splicer operation provide the end user a reliable productivity tool. New software is included with each splicer and provides the user with the ability to download splice data to a PC for splice data reporting, download splicer operating software via the internet to maintain peak performance, and download video images from the splicer to enhance technical support.
