Terms of Sale

1. Price
The Fiber Optic Marketplace, LLC. (FiberOptic.com) reserves the right to change prices without notice.  Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of quote unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer reserves the right to revise models at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

2. Payment Terms 
For purchasers with established credit, terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. Payments must be in U.S. dollars and cash discounts are not allowed. Our remit to address is The Fiber Optic Marketplace, LLC., One TEK Park, Suite 220, 9999 Hamilton Blvd., Breinigsville, PA 18031.

3. Freight Policy
All products are sold FOB shipping point. Items will be shipped UPS ground, freight collect or third-party bill unless otherwise requested by purchaser. Please advise method of shipment and preferred carrier when order is placed. We discourage mandatory carrier requirements which have an adverse effect on service and delivery. Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Any claims for damage or loss of items while in transit must be filed with the carrier.

4. Warranty
FibeOptic.com warrants to the buyer that our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our option.

The new Type-25e TomCats incorporate all the features, functions, and proven reliability of the Type-25 family -- the industry's most popular handheld splicers for FTTx premise, and restoration applications -- but with numberous enhancements. The new TomCats feature improved optical technology utilizing your choice of an economical one camera system or an industry standard dual camera splice loss estimation system. The improved optical technology, combined with a quicker splice protection sleeve heater, allows the unit to deliver a typical splice time in less than 11 seconds for SMF or MMF.

The units are also compatible with Sumitomo's new Lynx -- CustomFit Splice-on Connector, which makes index matching gel, hand polishing, epoxies and splice trays obsolete. The Type-25e family features an improved fiber holder system to increase splice repeatability while making the units effortless to learn and operate
